Still addicted to textures

Pulling up some pretty old photos and reviving them....
most were shot with my old Olympus E500

I am thinking I might quit my job and play in photoshop all day.... okay maybe spend an hr working out at the gym in the morning, book a few photo shoots, work in my garden , but otherwise play in photoshop.
What d'ya think?

I think you have a calling here! I went to the "free" site, but I haven't a clue how to use this stuff. Must look at it all a little more closely 'cause I am loving what you are doing.

Thanks Thelma. IN a nutshell?
Open your photo and texture in Photoshop. Drag the texture over the photo and import with a blending style of overlay, or hard light or soft light. Adjust the opacity of that layer. Then using the eraser tool remove the texture over areas you want - faces, the flowers. There are lots of tutorials on line.
