First create your new blog for your 365 photos.Then in your Original Inspirations blog go to "customize", then "Add a gadget" (you have to look in "featured" gadgets - left side - and not just the basic gadgets), then scroll down in featured gadgets to "Recent Posts" - click on this and insert all the info from your new 365 blog.
You might want to join the online group at http://365project.org/ they are a very supportive group of amateur photographers.
