Morning walk

aka wear them out so they fall asleep after lunch
Last weeks sleepover....

Water Park

I took them to the water park last week - just the two of them and me
all by myself
... no grandpa

Not smart

But we survived and Eva was a gem and listened to me.

Which was crucial because I could not let Norah out of my sight
for one second!!
...which is why there are more photos of Norah then Eva

Thank you Eva
Eva was willing to give up the climbing structure because Grandma could not hold Norah and help Eva climb to the top at the same time.
.....because if I did not hold Norah SHE would be climbing to the top!!

sigh!!

Inspired

Picked up a book with B&W photography last week.
Inspired anew.

Just spent 15 minutes in the back yard tonight.

B&W gives it a whole new perspective.

Wonder Woman Appears on the U of S campus!

I was photographing a family on the U of S grounds today and as we finished up I spotted Wonder Woman, complete with her Lasso of Truth.

Mommy's Dress-up Trunk

Eva has discovered Allison's trunk full of dress up clothes. One item can keep her occupied for over an hour.

Allison did the very same thing with this slip 20 years ago.

sigh......

It took a little "double reverse negative psychology" to get her into her pyjamas this evening.

Sunday Evening with the Grands.

I so love this first photo of my little sweetheart. 

Norah loves to eat...
and then eat more.
Food is just a wonderful thing for her.
...especially yogurt bars and cream pies. :)

And she can have all she wants if we are eating out on the deck.

There's that 'smile for the camera' smile. She just started that and I still think it is cute.
In a few weeks I will refrain from asking her to smile to avoid it.

And then the bath.....
always bubbles at G&G's house.

More Grands

These are from last weeks babysitting.

Fed them ice cream

Took them to the park

Generally tuckered them out, bathed them

and sent them home.

Look who drinks out of a cup now.....

oh yes, and stopped in at the BMW dealership for a bit. But you saw my Beamer girl already. :)

Corporate shoot tonight with Leadership Saskatoon.... sorry can't post those. Fun time. Got to hang out at the Willows. I have photos of the mayor though - maybe I can post those. :) 

Saskatoon Zoo

It was a perfect afternoon to pack a lunch, grab the camera and the bicycles and head on over to the Forestry Farm and the zoo.

It was a busy place there today and that is a good thing.

So many families were out visiting, bbqing, having fun.

And we were just strolling the zoo. Just the two of us and our lunch.

...and my camera. :)
